Baltimore County is the third largest county in the state of Maryland. Baltimore County’s top employers include, Franklin Medstar, Social Security Administration Headquarters and Black and Decker. Baltimore County is home to The University of Maryland Baltimore County, Towson University, Goucher College, and Stevenson University.
