How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become a Real Estate Specialist/ Realtor®?

I've been a Real Estate Specialist for over 19 years.

My journey into real estate began with a personal disaster when I bought my home. The closing process was delayed by three months, the sellers almost walked away, and the title company took $5,000 from me that I only discovered by diligently reviewing my papers. I had to work hard to get my money back!

Most disheartening was when my agent, who had been with us through the entire ordeal, didn’t even bother to reply to my housewarming party invitation. At that moment, I knew I could do better.

I decided to become the agent who knows what you really want in a house, checks your numbers meticulously and shows up at your housewarming if invited.

This dedication to my clients has allowed me to build deep, familial connections with them, knowing their children and their desired lifestyle.

When purchasing a home, lot of people think luxury is a mansion. I don't believe that. I believe that the definition of luxury is "great comfort".

So if you can find great comfort in a modest home, you're still living a life of luxury. I try to find out what my clients like and make sure that those homes can create luxurious moments for them and their family.
